Please, Please do not call my room to welcome me to your hotel and to ask if there is anything you can do. I resent having my reading, tv watching, showering, net surfing, whatevering interrupted by your call.
Do those calls really impress regular travelers? Do those calls really generate an increase in repeat business? Or do they just irritate everyone else the way they irritate me?
