Upstart airline, WestJet, has been quite successful in Canada. Some reasons for their success include non-union pay scales, no-frills/no-meals flights, alleged industrial sabotage to determine rival Air Canada's plans, and for Ms. Eclectic and me one biggie is: employees who have fun.
Flight attendants seem to enjoy themselves with each other and with the passengers. And even the ground crews have fun. Here they are, waving good-bye to our plane as we left Calgary during a recent flight.
