What about the Targets of Hamas Rockets?

I just don't understand why people hold Israel responsible for the military conflict in Gaza. Hamas has been firing rockets at citizens in SW Israel for years. Hamas has used its citizens as human shields in Gaza. Hamas has used schools, mosques, and university for military purposes. Nevertheless, signs like this one at a shop in Turkey (h/t to Judith) ignore all these multiple sources for culpability by Hamas.
