A dating site for conservatives.
I have some conservative friends who seem to have found pretty good matches on regular dating sites. Unless lots of searchers lie about their political preferences, I see no reason why political views (weighted by their importance) couldn't be a part of most internet dating profiles. I expect they are, actually. So is location. So why the attempt to develop a unique Canadian site?
And that question highlights a problem with developing any new dating site --A big problem for those who are actively in the market is that the market seems a bit thin so far on this Canadian site [h/t Jack]:
A larger network means a higher probability of a better match. Hence all the ads for dating sites, trying to increase the value of joining the sites. As of January 30, the site’s Canadian offerings were almost non-existent, with zero men and only two women; a 47-year-old woman in Oshawa, Ont. looking for a husband and a “very busy person” from Antigonish, Nova Scotia.
