Jim Donnelly is the condo board president. From the London Free Press, Sept 3, 2013:
The Aboutown group of companies (which began as a taxi service in 1947), owner James T. Donnelly and several numbered Ontario companies are being sued for $1.6 million in outstanding loans as of March 1, 2013, by the Business Development Bank of Canada, according to a statement of claim filed in court in London.
Aboutown Transportation Inc. also owed Revenue Canada $627,531 as of January, according to a document obtained by The Free Press.
Vaughan Minor is the condo board vice-president. From the London Free Press, July 29, 2013:
A former London politician and his business partner are being sued by more than 800 Alberta investors for $22 million in lost funds and a further $5 million in punitive damages.
Vaughan Minor and Donald Hurst, principals in a landbanking firm known as Edgeworth Group, are identified in a statement of claim as the “faces” of an investment program that raised a total of $55 million that has been lost.
