One way we entertain ourselves is by doing crossword puzzles together. I have a very cheap international subscription to the Washington Post and print off new puzzles every once in awhile. This one is by one of our favourite creators of crosswords, Merl Reagle.

[tbh, we work together, and we always have our iPhones at the ready to look up things if we can't figure them out.]

Stacked roly-poly glasses we use for wine. It’s too easy to tip over stemmed wine glasses even when I’m not under the influence. We call them roly-polies, but I have no idea what the proper name is. The flat bottom and the low centre of gravity make them perfect for us.
